Roger Federer fatigue and injury

Postby makhan10 on Wed Jun 20, 2007 2:56 pm

i am afraid that frederer fatigue and injury may cost him wimbledon, even though he had 3 day rest before french open semi final, but after the final he prefered to skip halle germeny event causing fatigue and some injury.

Fed won anyways at Wimby, and also at the US Open.

What is your next prediction?

How now Fed Cow?

Postby Raphael on Thu Nov 01, 2007 4:16 pm

Fed just took it on the chin 6-4 7-6, going down to Nalby.

Nalby played well, and deserved to win.

Fed may be fatigued. His wristy shots (especially forehand) let him down.

He employed some questionable shot choices.

He may need to find a good coach, who he can get along with. A Darren Cahill type comes to mind?

On the bright side, losing gives some time off, apparently, much needed.

Look forward to seeing a renewed and refreshed Fed, next time around.

In Roger's own words, fatique is the cause of him not winning any title after first 3 months of this year, maybe he overforced his body at the time when people started asking is he the best tennis player of all times.

federer is a beast though. the most entertaining tennis player i've seen, that's for sure. i've never seen www.twennis.com have so many entries about one guy. only other person who gets that much love is sharapova...and that's because she's essentially a sex icon. just my two cents.
