Exactly! When Mariah Carey drops an album what would she rather have #1 on Billboard or just coming in at #4?

Of course everyone wants to be the best. No one is saying that Roddicks doesn't want to be number 1. What we're arguing here is that -- in spirte of all the criticism he takes -- he's already an amazing player.

But, I guess (according to you) if you're not number 1, you're a hack. Geez, I can only imagine how you must feel about Radek Stepanek. I suppose he should just hang up his racket now?

you know, i don't think anyone's actuallly debating anything at this point.

i think we should all take a moment and. . . explore our true feelings for radek stepanek.
